I am a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist in Ontario. I provide psychotherapy services from an anti-oppressive framework using a client-centered or family-centered approach to meet the various needs of my clientele. I specialize in trauma, relationship issues, domestic violence, PTSD, addiction, anxiety, attachment, grief and loss, and other mental health concerns. I utilize various treatment tools in individual or group settings, including, CBT, Narrative, EFT, Mindfulness, DBT, Strength and System approaches.
