I provide counselling to adults and counsellors alike. If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or anxious, and are looking for support, perspective, kindness and clarity, I am here to help you navigate and reform your old patterns, while respecting and incorporating what has previously worked for you. It is important to me to provide you a safe, compassionate and empathetic space where you feel heard and understood. My goal is to offer perspective and support in a collaborative manner that helps you heal, build stability and security, in order to grow and forge a new path for a deeper more expansive sense of self.
I have worked in the mental health field for over 25 years and have cultivated an extensive understanding of people's diverse needs. My practice encompasses experiential, somatic, psychodynamic, and cognitive therapeutic modalities as a way of learning (gaining self awareness) and healing (becoming unstuck); moving from surviving to thriving.
As a seasoned counsellor, I have come across a wide range of issues. I know we all need to be seen and heard as the unique beings we are.
