The focus of my work is with individuals (Adults). I journey with people who are facing challenges related to trauma and PTSD, anxiety, behavioural issues, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, self-esteem and spirituality.
Additionally, I provide Clinical Supervision Services.
I am a Registered Service Provider with Blue Cross-Medavie and provide psychotherapy and counselling services to currently serving (CAF) Military Members as well as both Military and RCMP Veterans through Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC).
