I am a psychotherapist with over 20 years experience working with adults and adolescents in a variety of settings. I work with clients who are healing from unresolved trauma due to early or recent physical, emotional and sexual abuse, clients struggling with addiction, heartbreak, depression, divorce, stress, a sense of emptiness, anger, anxiety, low self esteem and other challenges. We will work together to address the core issues, developing a sense of empowerment, awareness of choices and new experiences of freedom
