I believe everyone is shaped by the stories we are told about ourselves, others, and the word. I can help you change your story. I believe that healing and change occur when we take the time to step back and look at our problems through a new lens. As an experience, warm, and caring therapist I will work with you collaboratively to understand your unique story, and find solutions that will work for you. If you are looking for something unique consider trying “walk and talk” therapy which allows you to experience the therapeutic benefits of being active, and in nature during a therapy session.
I specialize in general mental health issues (anxiety, depression, OCD) and struggles with stress management, work life balance, self esteem, interpersonal challenges, and difficulties in interpersonal relationships. I offer individual therapy both virtually (ON) and “walk and talk” (Thornhill area), as well as virtual couples counselling (ON).
If you are looking for someone who will connect with you to allow you to feel comfortable exploring your challenges, I encourage you to reach out to me for a free individual consultation. I understand that it is often not easy to try therapy, and I'm happy to answer any questions you may have.
