For over 35 years I've been privileged to help individuals facing relationship and interpersonal issues, trauma, serious health challenges, who are depressed, anxious, feeling alone, grieving a loss, experiencing workplace dis/stress or conflict, current or historic family dysfunction, and many other issues. My clients see me virtually or in person (with Mischa!) in my comfortable and private Leslieville/ South Riverdale home office.
My approach is grounded in neuroscience, recognizing that nervous system regulation is necessary to potentiate well-being and therapeutic growth. I use evidence-based somatic techniques such as EFT Tapping combined with talk therapy to help my clients not just feel better but truly heal and thrive, often in ways they didn’t know were even possible.
