Are you struggling with a less visible health condition, "feeling stuck", or having difficulty improving your health? I specialize in empowering persons to get "back to better living" through a practical, mindful, and holistic approach. With expertise in working with persons with concussion, long COVID, pain, anxiety, low mood, executive functioning and ADHD challenges, I provide the knowledge, skills/tools, habits, and confidence to successfully self-manage and move forward. My approach is tailored to each individual, whether you are experiencing cognitive fatigue, poor sleep, issues with time management, or sensitivities.
Think of me as a "lifestyle engineer," helping you identify key issues and apply practical, sustainable strategies for health improvement. As a mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR) facilitator, I can guide you to incorporate mindfulness into the process of setting goals and action plans; restoring your well-being; and making meaningful lasting changes.
Each person has their own story and something that helps them feel like the best version of themselves. While most of my clients would prefer not to have a challenge that brings them to OT, they often say the skills they learn are valuable for anyone facing life's ups and downs. I aim to make our sessions enjoyable, energizing, hopeful, and practical.
