I am a registered clinical and rehabilitation psychologist with over twenty years experience. I can conduct cognitive and personality assessments and provide therapy services. Clinical psychology focuses on modifying everyday unhealthy thoughts and behaviours with the goal of positively influencing emotions.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps patients recognize distorted thinking and learn to replace negative thoughts. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy helps patients maximizes their potential for a rich, full and meaningful life. Assessments are a process that involves the gathering and integrating of information from multiple sources.
I see adolescents (from age 12), adults, and couples. Previously I worked as a social worker, psychometrist and a psychologist in four hospitals, two counseling centers, and private practice. Referrals are not necessary. Give our office a call to make an appointment.
