We are a leading child and family counselling practice with locations in Coquitlam and Langley, BC. We specialize in supporting children, teens, and families to strengthen emotional well-being, connection, and resilience. We work with families navigating emotional regulation challenges, anxiety, ADHD, neurodiversity, behavioural concerns, family transitions, and relationship stress, helping them better understand what is happening beneath the behaviour and how to respond in more supportive ways.
We believe in creating empowering, collaborative and safe environments where children, teens and adults can grow and heal. Our therapeutic approach is warm, practical and non-judgemental.
With children we use play and expressive therapy; our play room has a variety of toys, games, and art material that kids enjoy. With teens, adults and families we do talk therapy, provide parent support and/or family counselling. In cases of separation and divorce, our Clinical Director is trained to provide co-parenting counselling and divorce coaching.
