I work primarily with children, youth, families and young adults (college, university aged). I also work with parents to help them support their children. My approach is based on client needs and what will best support you with what will be most helpful at the time. We will make a plan together, based on both my clinical assessment and on your personal needs, to sort out what would be most helpful for you or your child.
Being a child, teen or young adult can be difficult in todays world. My goal is always to help support children, youth, young adults in college/university or parents to make life easier and learn tools to manage life’s stress.
Whether you are concerned that your child/teen is suffering from mental health issues, or is struggling to manage daily stressors...or if you feel you need help as a parent to best support your child, please reach out. Speaking with a trained therapist can help.
