Challenging situations can happen suddenly, or be built up over time, leaving us caught off guard or uncertain of the way forward. Throughout my career I have developed an expertise in counselling people going through distressing or unexpected life circumstances or difficult relationship dynamics. I assist people with grief and loss, relationship strain or change, workplace conflict, bullying, exhaustion/burnout, stress management, or anything which keeps them awake at night. I will help you make sense of your problem, manage your emotions, and discover any underlying barriers working against your success.
