Operating for 16+ years, Street Therapy is a group practice, providing mental health services for clients across the lifespan. Our clinicians come from diverse academic, religious, spiritual, and cultural backgrounds, practicing within neurodiversity and anti-oppressive frameworks. We strive to provide a safe space for clinicians and clients alike to explore and engage in collaborative, and respectful, psychotherapeutic relationships. Bernadette Street, clinical supervisor and director of Street Therapy, has over 15 years of experience working with children, youth and adults. Her expertise informs the work of our team.
We collaborate with other professionals such as psychiatrists, psychologists, doctors, and educators to ensure effective client care. Our services include individual psychotherapy, relationship and family therapy, group services, and assessment services. We offer both long-term and acute treatment plans, enabling us to provide the most effective care.
Street Therapy's goal is to provide clients with a safe and confidential space to work on difficulties relating to mental, social, emotional, and behaviour. Deep Thinkers Group- Sepetmber 2025
This in person group offers structured, therapist-led support for individuals who identify as deep thinkers—those who experience high levels of emotional sensitivity, intellectual curiosity, and existential questioning. Designed for adults who may struggle with overthinking, emotional regulation, and feeling misunderstood, this group blends process-oriented discussion with practical coping tools. 8 weekly in person sessions (90 minutes), includes guided exercises, journaling, and peer sharing.
