Deep Thinkers Group- Sepetmber 2025
This in person group offers structured, therapist-led support for individuals who identify as deep thinkers—those who experience high levels of emotional sensitivity, intellectual curiosity, and existential questioning. Designed for adults who may struggle with overthinking, emotional regulation, and feeling misunderstood, this group blends process-oriented discussion with practical coping tools. 8 weekly in person sessions (90 minutes), includes guided exercises, journaling, and peer sharing.
