Most of us have a sense of the reasons for our difficulties yet we still struggle to work through those issues, understand how they all fit together, and make lasting changes. I aim to help those suffering from anxiety, trauma, depression, and relationship difficulties by helping them to gain insight about their difficulties through coming to a deeper understanding of themselves, and fostering self compassion.
You can book both therapy sessions and free consultations through my website link below.
I have completed masters practicums in private practice and a non-profit serving survivors of sexual violence where I have integrated multiple counselling theories from psychodynamic therapy to compassion and acceptance based trauma counselling. One of my continued areas of study includes 'moral injury' and the emotional consequences of dilemmas.
If you book with me, you will see that I have a safe, relaxed, and natural conversational style, which I balance with my role as a professional, wherein I will use what I have learned from my years of studying psychology and counselling to take your concerns seriously and do my best for you.
