I am an Associate with Stewart Counseling, a trauma and cognitive behavioral therapist serving healthcare and technology professionals, fire fighters, first responders, military veterans, front line workers, First Nations peoples, visible minorities, LGBTQ2S people. My practice consists of extending progressive psychotherapy and clinical social work services to a diversity of individuals, groups and communities struggling with complex forms of trauma/PTSD, bereavement and grief concerns, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, mental health disorders, divorce and custodial disputes, bullying, discrimination and social alienation,
