I draw on seven years of experiential psychotherapy training, including four years at the Gestalt Institute of Toronto. With a background in health science and more than 30 years of meditation practice, I bring a grounded understanding of the mind-body connection that helps support awareness, healing, and new possibilities.
My path began in a time when I felt disconnected from myself, from others, and from any clear sense of direction. Therapy helped me slow down, listen inwardly, and notice the life I was actually living. That shift changed everything.
