I have experience working with the unique dynamic of mental health and addictions. I have helped individuals stay sober, quit smoking, and manage anxiety, stress, and self-esteem for over five years. I work from a client-centered, strengths-based approach, and have been trained in, and use several treatment modalities: CBT, MI, and Mindfulness.
I am very passionate about helping individuals grow and improve their lives. I believe that you are the expert on you, not the other way around. I strive to help you help yourself, and act as a guide to exploring and gently challenging your own thoughts and beliefs as we discover new insights and strengths about yourself while working together.
