My approach to counselling begins with creating a comfortable, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where you can show up as your true self. As a queer therapist, I understand the importance of feeling seen and affirmed, especially for those navigating identity, relationships, and systemic barriers. I use an integrative, evidence-based approach, drawing from Person-Centered, Humanistic, Queer Theory, CBT, DBT, and Affirmative Therapy approaches. I am also trained in EMDR therapy. Together, we will co-create goals, build resilience, and develop skills and coping strategies to help you move toward meaningful change and well-being.

I recognize the importance and celebrate diversity and cultural identity. I will work to understand your beliefs, values, and traditions. As New Brunswick’s only WPATH Certified Member, I follow the Standards of Care 8 (SOC8) to provide supportive, affirming letters for HRT, surgeries, and other gender-affirming care.
