Lets face it, the path to becoming a new parent can be stressful, unfamiliar, and scary. There's very little that can prepare you for the real-life challenges of postpartum and the profound transformation of one's identity. I've experienced those solitary nights, overwhelming days, racing thoughts, and the sensation of no longer recognizing who I am or the life I lead. I've been through it all. I am here to help mama's and mama's to be through the ups and downs of infertility, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, birth trauma and all things post partum.
I offer a non-judgmental space where you can freely express yourself, delve into your emotions, and receive support during this, and other challenging yet beautiful phases of life. I genuinely believe that each client brings their own unique strengths, needs, and skills to therapy, which should be taken into account when selecting the most suitable approach.
Are you prepared to choose courage over comfort? Ready to re-establish a connection with your true self and embrace a more mindful and joyful existence? Taking that first step and reaching out is the key, and when you are ready, I'll be here! Barrie In Person - Cobourg Virtual
