MYACT (Mindful Yoga-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) combines third wave cognitive behavioural therapy approach with yoga, meditation & group exercises/discussion into each weekly session. This group has limited spots available and runs for eight weeks. Issues addressed may include (but is not limited to) anxiety, depression, self confidence, loneliness, stress, grief, and trauma.
