I am a Registered Social Worker with 25+ years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through complex life challenges. My approach is relational, trauma-responsive, honest, and compassionate. I help people slow things down, make sense of what they are carrying, and begin moving toward healing, clarity, and change.
In my counselling work, I support clients with trauma, grief, anxiety, emotional regulation, relationship strain, men’s healing, identity, parenting, separation, addiction, family conflict, and major life transitions. I also bring lived experience of trauma, recovery, and rebuilding, which continues to shape my practice with humility, empathy, accountability
