I offer counselling services to individuals (12+) who are living with anxiety, depression, anger issues, trauma (PTSD), addictions and more; and couples who are looking to improve their connection, trust, intimacy, and communication skills. My ideal client understands they have an active role in pursuing change and comes ready to ask questions about the therapy and how it might alleviate what troubles them.

I specialize in men's mental health, depression, anxiety, addictions and anger management. I also work with individuals and couples on a wide range of other issues as well using; CBT, EMDR, Clinical Hypnosis, Written Exposure Therapy, Strengths Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy and more depending on your needs.
