Have you experienced trauma that is negatively impacting your daily life? Are you experiencing performance anxiety, blocks, slumps and/or want to expand performance/creativity? Do you have behaviors associated with craving, temporary relief, and long-term negative consequences that you are unable to stop?Brainspotting locates, targets, processes, and releases trauma in the brain and body, expanding performance and creativity, from the source.
Trauma therapy begins with safety and body/brain research using Brainspotting to identify, target and release trauma, including sports injuries/performance, relational trauma, abuse, etc.. Addictions are addressed from a biopsychosocial perspective, using attachment theory/Brainspotting to alter the brain.
Stephen is an empathetic, non-judgmental therapist working collaboratively with you to help you NAVIGATE through life. He believes in self-awareness through attachment, relationships, and the brain/body system. Stephen strives to develop a mutually respectful therapeutic relationship with his clients built on trust, respect, and safety.
