Trauma therapy begins with safety and body/brain research using Brainspotting to identify, target and release trauma, including sports injuries/performance, relational trauma, abuse, etc.. Addictions are addressed from a biopsychosocial perspective, using attachment theory/Brainspotting to alter the brain.
