Many of the people I work with are dealing with burnout, ADHD, or the lasting impact of difficult family or religious experiences. On the surface, things may look “fine,” but internally there’s a sense of frustration, self-doubt, or disconnection. These patterns often show up most clearly in relationships—feeling unheard, misunderstood, or unsure how to communicate what you really need.
Therapy with me isn’t about judgment—it’s about making sense of your experience and helping you move forward in a way that feels more aligned and sustainable.
My therapy work is focused on helping you better understand your inner world—your thoughts, emotions, and patterns—so you can respond more intentionally rather than react automatically. As you develop more clarity and self-trust, it becomes easier to communicate openly, set boundaries, and feel more grounded in your relationships.
I would be honored to hear about your struggles. If you want a therapist who is kind and understanding, but also guides and challenges you, we'll likely be a good fit. Send me an email to book a free intro phone call or an intake session. I offer virtual sessions and in-person sessions in Kanata. I'm happy to answer any questions you have!

Wherever you are on your ADHD journey, you are welcome here! Thriving with ADHD goes beyond simply learning tips and techniques for managing symptoms. This is a group therapy program for adults with ADHD who want to connect with other ADHD'ers in a therapeutic setting. The goal is to increase self-compassion, self-acceptance, and develop a better understanding of how ADHD shows up in your life.
