Supporting children and adolescents through emotional and behavioral challenges has been the focus of my work for over 26 years. I partner with youth and their families to better understand concerns and build the skills needed to navigate them with confidence.
I offer psychological services for children and youth that are adapted to each person's needs and stage of development. Sessions are guided by a thoughtful and flexible approach, with a focus on helping young people make sense of challenges and move toward meaningful change. I also have specialized training in eating disorders.
Reaching out for support can be one of the most difficult steps to take. If you're considering talking with someone or are unsure where to begin, you're welcome to get in touch with any questions. This can also be an opportunity to explore whether this feels like a good fit.
