6 Week Psychoeducation group for female identifying teens who are looking for support with self-esteem, body image and disordered eating. Each session will focus on educating with information that can empower you to build healthy self-esteem, a strong identify, feel comfortable and confident in your body, make healthy nutritional choices and regulate eating patterns. Topics will include self-esteem, body acceptance, body neutrality, body positivity, disordered eating patterns, eating disorders, health at every size (HAES), intuitive eating, weight inclusivity and set point theory. The end of each session offers an activity and homework to be complete.
