I provide psychotherapy and counselling to adults who are struggling with symptoms of anxiety and/or depression. Issues that contribute to these symptoms might include relationship or work stress, interpersonal trauma, grief, low self-esteem/confidence, or life transitions. I have a special interest in pregnancy and postpartum care and offer support individually or as a couple. My work with parents often includes, but is not limited to: infertility, pregnancy loss, transitions to parenthood and relationship stress.
My practice is client centred, attachment informed and trauma informed. I am committed to maintaining a comprehensive skill set and am trained in evidence based psychotherapeutic modalities that include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
