I work with couples navigating communication difficulties, conflict, trust concerns, and major life decisions. I also support children, teens, and families experiencing anxiety, emotional or behavioural challenges, family conflict, and life transitions.
I help couples step out of reactive patterns and into more grounded, productive conversations, with greater clarity about what they want moving forward. For teens, I support emotional awareness, regulation, and navigating stress, relationships, and identity. I also help children express emotions and build stronger regulation skills.
