Welcome! In my practice, I strive to inspire and empower people to create the life they want to live, find purpose and meaning in their life, discover their authentic self, gain a deeper understanding of themselves, and achieve personal growth and positive change. I work in collaboration with clients to ensure that the counselling process is meaningful for each individual. I am passionate about working with individuals with diverse learning styles. I work from a strength based perspective and I support individuals through the process of change by providing a safe, accepting, and non-judgmental experience.
My values align with humanistic theory and I apply a person-centered approach in counselling. I work in collaboration with clients to implement an individualized treatment approach. I use many therapeutic modalities to best meet the needs of each individual. Emotionally focused therapy, hypnotherapy, trauma, and self-compassion are some of my interests.
I recognize that the counselling process is not easy and can be vulnerable and uncomfortable. I am honoured to be invited into people’s inner worlds and I value the opportunity to be part of this journey of self-discovery and transformative change.
