My goal is to give clients a safe, nonjudgmental environment that allows them the ability to explore their mental health and wellness. Over the years, I have worked with individuals through many different phases of life from everyday struggles to mental illnesses such as depression or anxiety. My passion has always been to help people and I found counselling to be the perfect place to do just that!
I approach therapy through multiple psychological modalities including: CBT, DBT-informed, EFT, SFT, and psychoeducation. Depending on a client’s goals for therapy, I will tailor my approach to provide them with the necessary skills to obtain those goals. Furthermore, I am willing to incorporate faith-based aspects into therapy as requested.
