NEXT GROUP BEGINS IN SEPTEMBER 2026. This virtual 12-week Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills group is designed for anyone who wants tools to manage emotions, reduce overwhelm, and improve coping. Each week, we focus on DBT skills from the following modules—mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. No prior DBT experience required.
