If you are in search of a counsellor, you’ve taken one of the hardest steps. People seek out counselling for many reasons. Whatever the reason is for you, I’m glad that you are taking this step. My aim is to provide a safe space for you to be your authentic self. My approach to counselling is not one-size fits all. I take the time to get to know you and work with you to determine which approach might work best for you.
I have a masters degree in social work, with a minor in disability studies. I have spent most of my career working in the field of mental health in a variety of clinical settings such as crisis intervention, inpatient social work and outpatient case management.
