About
Sometimes life hands us some situations that are difficult to manage on our own, despite doing the best we can with what we have available to us. If you are looking for additional support along this journey, I will work alongside you, and or your child to explore a particular mental health concern, key changes you are looking to make or developing a different understanding of yourself and or particular situations while potentially gaining awareness and insights into why these situations occur. I utilize a variety of different modalities, and have training in areas such as CBT, DBT, Brief Narrative Therapy, Trauma and Attachment.
It has been my privilege to support individuals and their families on their journeys over the past 10+ years in a mental health setting. I am an attachment-based practitioner and work from an attachment and trauma informed lens. Additionally, I am a certified Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) Facilitator through Circle of Security International.
I hope that you will find a genuine approach, a safe and welcoming space, and an opportunity to share, explore and navigate the journey that you are on. If you are unsure where to start, its as easy as emailing "Hello, I am interested in setting up a phone consult, could you let me know your availability?"
