Neurofeedback is a scientifically validated, medication-free, and non-invasive process of teaching the brain to optimize its performance.
With nearly 10 years of experience doing neurofeedback, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including ADHD, mood disorders, Concussion, sleep issues, and trauma.
