I offer a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you have the space to work through your goals and address life's challenges head-on so that you can enjoy an improved quality of life. I can help you develop the skills and resources necessary to resolve the problems you are facing and increase your resilience. My style of therapy is collaborative, flexible and incorporates several therapeutic approaches to provide services that are individualized to my clients' specific needs.
I have obtained extensive education and experience in addiction, mental health and trauma over the past decade. I specialize in life transitions, depression, anxiety, self-worth, addictions, trauma, and grief/loss. I primarily use EMDR/Psychodynamic approaches, as I believe they provide a deeper understanding to clients' experiences and presenting problems.
I strive to ensure that clients feel respected, listened to and supported. I value diversity and have experience working with clients from different ethnicities, cultures, religious backgrounds, genders, sexual identities, and socio-economic backgrounds. I can offer animal assisted therapy with my dog Richard. My services are covered by most insurance plans.
