Sometime challenges come up in life and a person needs support and an accepting, supportive person to talk with. I’m here to listen and support you. I'm a great listener and I believe that each person has the ability to learn, discover their strengths and take steps that they need at their own pace.
I've worked in the the mental health field for 25+ years. I offer individual counselling for adults. In addition to this, I provide consultation to parents of preschool children and Autism assessments for children ages 3-5.
