I use an integrative-holistic approach which allows me to better serve you including client centred/emotion focused, systemic, cognitive behavioural (CBT), with psychodynamic, somatic, creative arts, integral and biotransenergetic approaches.
All these serve my transpersonal, holistic and integral psychotherapy lens, as I guide you in transcending your situation and becoming more yourself. I am also trained in Clinical Counselling Hypnosis (Ericksonian and Quantum) and offer services a a transpersonal and integral supervisor.
