I’m passionate about creating genuine, transformative therapy sessions that allow you—or your child or teen—to feel truly seen and understood. My goal is to help you navigate life’s challenges in a way that fosters healthier patterns, enhances emotional regulation, and leads to fresh perspectives. Whether you’re addressing early childhood issues, working through current struggles, or seeking more clarity in adulthood, I bring a grounded, empathetic presence to support you at every step. I work with children (2+ years), teens, adults and first responders.
Drawing on a broad range of evidence-based approaches—EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotion-Focused counselling—I offer specialized care for complex and sexual trauma (CVAP clients welcome), as well as for those coping with anxiety, depression, PTSD, parenting difficulties, stress, and burnout.
Throughout our work together, I invite open dialogue about your goals and progress, ensuring our sessions remain collaborative, flexible, and empowering.
