Are you struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or burnout? Do you wish to be a cycle breaker who would like to process family relational stress and intergenerational trauma? Change and healing are possible and you don't have to go it alone. As a therapist, I take a holistic, nonjudgmental, affirming approach to helping my clients navigate life's challenges, and find deeper meaning, inner-peace, and more joy in their lives. I am also deeply passionate about supporting parents and couples in navigating the challenges of fertility, pregnancy, parenthood, and postpartum depression.
I don’t believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I work with my clients collaboratively to find the best path to meet their unique goals and needs. I take an integrative and trauma-informed approach to counseling incorporating modalities such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, somatic experiencing, narrative therapy, and attachment work.
So much healing can be done through speaking your truth and being heard. Whether you are experiencing a major life transition, low self-worth, attachment wounds, trauma, depression, anxiety, or perinatal mental health challenges, I am here to support you in finding your inner strength and resilience.
