Change and healing are possible and you don't have to do it alone. As a therapist, I take a holistic, non-pathologizing, and neurodivergent affirming approach to helping my clients heal from trauma, find peace with themselves and their emotions, cope with life challenges, and cultivate gentle self-compassion. I support adults (18+) and couples who struggle with a variety of challenges, and as a late diagnosed neurodivergent therapist, I have a special passion in working with late-diagnosed ADHD and autism. I also support parents in navigating the challenges of fertility, pregnancy, parenthood, and postpartum anxiety/depression.
I don’t believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I work with my clients collaboratively to find the best path to meet their unique goals and needs. I take an integrative and trauma-informed approach to counseling incorporating modalities such as person-centered, parts work, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, emotion-focused, EMDR, and somatic work.
So much healing can be done by speaking your truth and being truly seen and heard. Whether you are experiencing a major life transition, low self-worth, attachment wounds, struggles of being neurodiverse, trauma, depression, anxiety, or perinatal mental health challenges, I am here to support you in finding your inner strength and resilience.
