Welcome to my page! Are you struggling with a breakup, romantic and friendship challenges, loneliness, pregnancy anxiety, navigating postpartum as a new parent, school stress, or ADHD? Then, I would be honoured to work with you! While we work together, you can expect a warm and safe place to identify and explore all of your doubts, confusion, curiosities and triggers. Relationships can be our haven from these traumas, but they can also be the cause of our distress. Relational-based therapy can be a brilliant place to slow down and examine our thinking patterns, feelings, and behaviours in the present moment.
Being a Registered Psychotherapist, I am passionate about helping you map your understanding of your stress and clearing the path towards a more connected bond with yourself and others. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy to help you connect to your vulnerability and Brainspotting to help you heal from your traumas within this safe place.
I do come to this work with my own experiences of burnout and trauma, which have humbled me and allowed me to empathize deeply with other experiences. I do understand that there is discomfort in being vulnerable, but I have also witnessed the gifts of closeness and comfort it brings, when done in a safe therapeutic space.
