I believe that if there were easy answers to what you're facing, you'd have found them by now. I'll help you shed new light on the parts of the experience that you struggle with, because understanding uncertainty makes it less destabilizing. Together, we can work towards making the ground feel a little more solid, even if it does keep shifting.
I have been perfecting ways to support people living with uncertainty throughout my career. I know your experiences are specific to you. My practice and my research have given me an understanding of how lonely these moments can be, but also how deeply they can connect us. Together, we can explore these types of contradictions.
I believe that life is a learning process, and that we have tremendous potential to grow and change. For all kinds of reasons, we sometimes get stuck. I feel privileged that my work involves learning how different people make sense of life, and that I have the opportunity to walk alongside them in those moments of stuckness.
