I am a licensed social worker and an engaged clinician whose practice draws from diverse professional, academic and lived experiences to support insight into life’s challenges, including anxiety, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, body image, illness, and addiction. I strive to bring openness, curiosity, and compassion to my work with adults and couples. I know that life can be complicated and that our “stuff” is rarely isolated to one area of life. I will support you in making connections between these experiences, making them a little lighter to carry.
Registered social worker in the provinces of Quebec and British Columbia. I offer in person sessions in central Montreal, and virtual sessions for those in BC. I am interested in the relationship between the body & mental health, and use both conventional and creative strategies to connect with these experiences.
I believe that life is a learning process, and that we have tremendous potential to grow and change. For all kinds of reasons, we sometimes get stuck. I feel privileged that my work involves learning how different people make sense of life, and that I have the opportunity to walk alongside them in these moments to support change.
