I imagine my ideal client as someone who is struggling with intense emotions such as anxiety, depression, or stress, going through a challenging life transition, or someone who might finally feel ready to cultivate self-trust. Therapy is a worthwhile investment in yourself and there is no pre-requisite required—come as you are and we will start with where you are currently at. I aim to conduct each session with kindness and compassion, drawing on evidence based therapeutic techniques. My approach is person-centered and trauma informed. It is my goal to provide a safe space free of judgement and bias fostering comfort and security.
I am a Registered Social Worker/Psychotherapist with a degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work. I have 10 years of clinical experience providing therapy primarily to adults 18+ and children and adolescents. I am specialized in mood disorders, emotion regulation, relational issues/interpersonal challenges, and attachment theory.
