Hi, I'm Stephanie and I focus on relationship and sex therapy, as well as providing support for more general mental health concerns. I also specialize in working with people living with seizures (PNES/functional seizures and epileptic seizures.)

I’ve learned that when we can slow down to understand our place of stuckness, then we can gain the insight we need to move towards hope and growth. I feel passionate about helping people to better connect to themselves, and others, and I’m known for bringing kindness, levity and care to this work that I love.
My approach is informed by attachment theory and an understanding of trauma, supported by multiple trainings in both areas; I am trained in EFT, The Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Neurobehavioural Therapy and Narrative Practice. I work with clients to find an approach that makes the most sense for them.
I am experienced in supporting individuals and romantic partners with relationship issues, difficulties with emotional / sexual intimacy, infertility, mismatched desire, pelvic pain, problems with penetration, sexual communication, identity, erectile difficulties, consensual non-monogamy, difficult physical health symptoms and the impacts of trauma.
