I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults; however, I specialize in child and adolescent behavioral and developmental issues, depression and personality/identity development.
My approach to counselling is eclectic where I apply various therapy models and techniques tailored to your specific concern; I use a variety of therapeutic treatments such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Expressive Art Therapy.
