I meet clients non-judgmentally, and my approach is uniquely dynamic, collaborative, and solution-focused, with therapeutic presence and authenticity.
My clients have ranged from people struggling with homelessness to successful professionals who are highly functioning but silently struggle. I strongly believe that everybody can be empowered to create change and find true meaning.
I am always solution focused and collaborative in my work. I borrow from psychodynamic and attachment based theories, appreciating the importance and impact of our earliest impressions and primary relationships. I also utilize strategies and components of Cognitive Behavioural and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, as well as Mindfulness based approaches.
