I have 13 years of experience as a therapist and I have completed the Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 1 foundational training as well as Level 2 IFS Addictive Processes and Eating Disorders. Along with other therapeutic modalities I use, I have tools to help you understand and alter behaviours and heal underlying wounds associated with those behaviours.
