A large part of my practice focuses on supporting neurodivergent individuals, those wired a little differently. Whether you're an adult navigating ADHD in a high-pressure career, or a parent trying to understand your child's unique rhythm, I work with intention: to help you build lasting improvements in daily functioning, focus, and well-being. With consistent, evidence-based strategies, meaningful progress becomes clear in your relationships. I support parents, professionals, and youth in reducing overwhelm and building confidence.
Sessions are available in my office on Burrard across from St. Paul’s Hospital, I offer Walk & Talk therapy, and “Trash Talk” where we walk try to clean up all the shit in Stanley Park. Each option is designed to support different comfort levels and ways of thinking. My office is my own full time, so I can generally flex my schedule depending on client needs
In all settings, whether we’re moving, sitting, or somewhere in between, I approach therapy with calm focus and creativity. If you have questions or would like to connect, I offer a quick phone call to suss me out. I recommend having specific questions ready to go.
