I have worked in Mental Health and Addictions as a clinical Social Worker with children, youth, adults, families, and couples for approximately 20 years and have extensive experience in this area. I obtained my Indigenous Studies Degree in 2001 at the University of Saskatchewan and my Social Work Degree in 2003 at the University of Regina. I have had both the honor and pleasure of working with individuals on their healing journeys in my career as a social worker.
I have had the opportunity to develop a specialization in the area of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy through CBT Connections and The Psychiatry Association. I take a person-centered, strengths-based, holistic approach in my practice. I also believe in in providing a professional, confidential, non-judgmental, safe space to support healing and self-discovery.
