My practice integrates CBT, DBT, and EFFT to address anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I'm currently training in EMDR therapy, and Complex Trauma Level 1 & 2.
I’m dedicated to people through major life transitions, healing from past trauma, and supporting caregivers of loved ones with mental illness or behavioural issues. I offer both practical tools and compassionate support for individuals in their healing recovery. I believe everyone benefits from being heard.
