Welcome, Armed with a Counselling Psychology Masters and actively working towards the psychotherapist title in Quebec, I am committed to aiding individuals confronting life's hurdles. Engaged at the West Island Cancer Wellness Centre, I conduct 1:1 and group therapy sessions. In my private practice, I offer therapeutic services to preteens, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Life brings moments that can leave us feeling lost, anxious, or simply worn out. It can be difficult managing anxiety, depression, or the emotional weight of caregiving or illness.

Whether you're navigating a life-changing diagnosis, dealing with ongoing mental health challenges, or simply trying to make sense of your emotions, our work together will be rooted in empathy, collaboration, and care.
